LA Restaurateur Neal Fraser Selects Something Massive

Famous LA chef and restaurateur, Neal Fraser, has selected Something Massive to redesign the website for his restaurant BLD. Located in Mid-City West, BLD is described by LA Weekly’s Jonathan Gold as serving food “that cooks make for each other when they think no one else is paying attention.” That casual but sophisticated approach to Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner has made BLD a smashing success.
Fraser’s career began at the age of 20 when he worked at one of Wolfgang Puck’s earliest ventures, Eureka Brewery and Restaurant. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 1990, he worked at Joachim Splichal’s Pinot Bistro, Wolfgang Puck’s Spago, and Hans Rockenwagner’s Rox. In 1995, he defeated the venerable Cat Cora on Food Network’s Iron Chef America in Battle Pork. Since then, he has worked as Executive Chef or Chef-Owner at notable LA eateries such as Boxer, Rix, and Jimmy’s. Most recently, as partner and Executive Chef at GRACE, Fraser has been stunning his clients with New American Cuisine in a unique and elegant atmosphere perfectly designed to complement such an important and loved culinary talent. Now, Fraser has added BLD to his resume, delighting foodies throughout the city of angels.
